The I.T. Master's Guild

The Information Technology Master’s Guild (ITMG) is an organization conceptualized and put into reality by John Tugare, the founder of DragonScale as well as Jilbert Mejia an IT professional based in KSA. From the idea that being an IT advocate should be voluntary, fun, and effective, the ITMG was born with goals of creating masterclass session and events to college students and help them prepare to enter the industry and avoid job mismatch.

The registration to become an ITMG member is free as long as you are an IT professional and advocate. This is a united IT advocacy organization. You don’t have pay while sharing your skills and career experience, right? Or that is what we believe at least.

In ITMG, Getting you connected as a member is enough but being a volunteer on our projects is definitely a bonus! We believe that being a volunteer should be fun! That is why ITMG has goals to organize training and teambuilding activities for advocates that will volunteer to become an active member.

We Are Not Superheroes, But AtleastWe Try To Help.

The Information Technology Master’s Guild is a humble organization with a specific goal of helping solve the problem of skill mismatch for college students. Unlike other IT organizations, ITMG is not looking for what is new, but what is the standard and needed by the IT sector. Helping solve this problem might lessen the unemployment rate of the country as well as to improve the community from the local to the national level. The organization does not deficit the fact that the latest in the different fields of Information Technology is important but we believe there are lots of organizations out there to help the students become updated on what is new and ITMG totally supports the vision and mission of these organizations. However, what is new is not always the present standard of the industry and the standard is what the ITMG is concentrated. ITMG believes that a future  IT changemaker should start with a strong foundation and understanding of the basic needs to enter the IT industry.
